If I try to tell what is good about company is nothing zero, only Kaveri product is good.

I have so many list about dislike, Toxic environment No salary increment No support from uper level No incentive. No promotion Low quality management skill all of them of the company Huge amount deducted from expenses. Etc

Poor Management, every where is politics. No job security. No incriment & promotions. Even HR deducted ammount from fixed Bonus. Thousands unreasonable terms & conditions in promotional expenses & TA DA expenses , after then there is huge deduction in Expenses without giving explanation or information. Material rate is going higher in year two times. No promotional & marketing support. HR also not receiving the calls. Unskilled Managers & no support from Management. Poor HR policies. In Field Crop Segment 3 employees given resignation & 3 employees got terminated just for poor management. If any mishappen create in market, upper level no going to support you....Read More
