Katha is great organisation by it inception, but due to absence of professional head (ED) has ruined this organisation. It has completely deviated this organisation from its core intention. organization has no programmatic direction, HR management. one can understand Katha's reality after visiting their target communities.

Dislikes

High but cheap politics. High and a efficient buttering of ED. ED's loves for buttering and self glory. No regard of a quality/potential employee. No appraisal, no salary growth. Growth depends on quality buttering of ED. Very very poor work environment. Very high show off the work. No job security.
