Company starting time at end of 2019 and 2020 was good and the management was handled good.

the was company was bankruptcy after COVID impact, Now it has taken by Arabian construction company ACC, not handing well. no good future seen

3 months Salary delay, Lot of rules and regulations, no job security, no responsible persons in top level management, no hike / growth, simply changing office location once every 2 years, etc

Work culture and corrupt management have no vision for the company...they don't even deserve the post they r leading taking huge salaries 10lac per month and doing nothing. Rather than focusing real issues they r going to drown the company.
