The worst working culture in the company. The entire team including the management plays politics around everywhere. No one bothers about the employees and they are corrupt to the core including the HR team. The very worst and bonelss HR team.The plant head in Krishnagiri and the project director in Bangalore are great political players. They hire people with high paid salary and fire in short period without any proper justifications....Read More

Hire for high salary and fire the person who is reliable, dedicated and trustworthy for no proper reason. No job security at all and anytime you will be sacked out. No career growth at all.

the was company was bankruptcy after COVID impact, Now it has taken by Arabian construction company ACC, not handing well. no good future seen

Work culture and corrupt management have no vision for the company...they don't even deserve the post they r leading taking huge salaries 10lac per month and doing nothing. Rather than focusing real issues they r going to drown the company.
