No job security. Very worst management.

Work Details

I struggled a lot in the beginning and learnt about my job. There is no proper incharge for a management. Fully money minded people. No respect for employees and their families.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

There is no job security in this company. Management is only a money minded and not involves in employees engagement. There is no career growth for any employees in this company. General Manager do not value an employees strengths. There is no knowledgeable staff in this company, as they are paying low salary for the staff members. Very poor management.
