Job was highly secured while working with Karvy, and culture was effectively maintained by CEO Abhijeet Bhave to improve each individual performance. As per the company policies employees get a good encouragement environment, and also getting one hour study time during 8 hours duty to upgrade employees knowledge. But unfortunately Karvy company shattered during Covid 19, and unwantedly many employees of Karvy have had join other companies since Sebi terminated Karvy Stock Broking Ltd license of Sales department....Read More
