Growth is not upto the mark. Earlier we used to get high incentives but now it has stopped. Work pressure is high accordingly target's to Achieve Is increased. Team leader doesn't value the potential we have that's is why it is unsatisfying mostly. I get appreciation from the clients with whom I deal everyday with their investment money but it is not considered in my appraisal. We have to trade and go for targets and we have to pay from our pockets sometimes if clients bear the losses....Read More

1. Super friendly and helpful colleagues. 2. Get to learn alot. (My first job, learnet a lot.) 3. Dynamic work profile. 4. Fixed shift timings. 5. Incentive structure was nice. (Changes every year.) 6. Managers are quite helpful and supportive.

1. Management doesn't help in solving client related issues. 2. Immense pressure to meet targets. 3. On job training is not given. 4. Salary structure is comparatively less. 5. 6 working days. 6. Micro management of employees. 7. No IJPs for profile change.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
