It's pan India networking company KVB working with reputed companies KVB have standard HR policy giving facilities and growth environment for employees and staff I have great feeling to part of KVB

Dislikes

There is no dislike things in KVB due to personal reasons looking change

Work Details

Very challenging and innovative task by client limited time fulfill the requirements we have enjoyed lot working with staff and clients

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
