Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I doesn't like to wrk in KARTHIGEYA MOULDS AND DIE. Bad wrk environment and culture.

There is no time management. During lock down the department in charge doesn't come for wrk but the working small labourers alone want to come. They won't give any posting for good workers. There is no growth in this company. No neat in this company. Totally bad. There is no free transport. Sunday also want to wrk. But leaders and management example GM and BM Board of this company won't come to wrk in those days. The management won't see. Management simply waste....Read More
