Because of one or two incidents or observations ( which may not be true ) you are blaming the entire organization, If you have issues with selective team members then the Senior Management doors are open, they never stopped anyone from discussing any issues. Has the organization done anything wrong to you ? You still being part of the organization, you are not approaching the senior management & you choose this platform to express your concerns.
