Sir in previous post you said upper management is open to all but when I called my manager for re-hire, he said currently they don't have any vacancy. Now I don't trust you. Also you said few incidents which may not be true - just becoz of work pressure - why you are not trusting me. My problems was real. All of the managers told their subordinates to give this company fake 5 star rating. Even managers are not at fault bcz their bosses told them to do so. Higher management doesn't care of about employees they just want to keep theirs bellies full.If u work their even if u work for 100 years u will not get increament. Favourism everywhere .Talent never get utilised here.
