Work culture is very bad. huge pay disparity within department. two ppl with same experience same education have a salary difference of double the salary. no job security. even vc is fired same day. very strict timing, salary deduction for lateness. leaves are very less. the dean does not approve leave evn for genuine health reason.the university is run by people who have no educational background. ugc rules regulations are not at all followed. there is no Vice chancellor. most of the leadership people like heads/directors/deans/registrar are ineligible to hold the post as per qualifications laid down by ugc aicte etc....Read More
