Encourage new design development,uprating of old equipments and reduction of energy consumption.zero dependence on OEM spares.good pay masters,good record keeping.finance misappropriation is nill.running under good profit since inception.

Not allowed even retired employees to experience either directly feel the pinch by its good reputation of taking care of their welfare

Total dependence on other public sectors such as kptcl beacon cIL etc., For its growth and finances whereby all the efforts and effectiveness is getting neutralised.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
