This experience comes only after u in new company. KBL has good working culture. Some vultures were thier but now they are gone.

Dislikes

Nepotism. Karan johar big brothers do job in KBL. Not good place for North Indians at higher management. Only 2 or 3 are only chief manager are from north INDIA.

Previously very good bank now bank is as per the direction foreign consultant, it is against the interest middle level officers .Transfer, promotion give importance to their community. I worked this bank as my bank self satisfaction is getting due to my knowledge and skills for that I like the bank
