I work as a dietician in Karma Ayurveda. My work is to design a diet chart or every patient based on their current health condition and medical reports. I design diet plans for kidney patients based on their medical reports and body nature. But, in Karma Ayurveda, I learned many vital points connected to my profession. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
