Civil Engineers will get 2nd & 4th Saturday holiday in this organisation. Office environment is good, joining date itself HR management is provided laptop & PPE's. HR team is given good induction program. Also HR Team is organised for Project Management training is good. Project management team most of the spending time for planning work and meeting upto 11pm. Employees Monthly salary will get on month end and hence loan EMI easy pay on time....Read More

Dislikes

Project Management maximum time spending in meeting and planning works, but actually they have to spend maximum time in project execution to monitor the quality and progress to achieve the targets.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
