Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I never feel any kind of job insecurity during covid pandemic period although the management is full supporting during the pandemic and it is a very good thing.

There is nothing to deslike in Karl Storz , I am totally satisfied with Karl Storz.

The job is quite interesting, here I am responsible for providing service to customer , making good business relationship with customers ,give solution to our customers for their issues / queries, full fill their requirements, etc.
