Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10 to 12 hours in office after that also have to receive call from client in early morning or late evening. Managers do not value and individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails form clients but they mostly go unnoticed. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide the step-by-step,which is not notice by the employer. No salary hike asp work or six month appraisals We have to beg for Salary Hike...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
