This is the manufacturing company and I am the part of maintenance team so it is open platform for develop an new technology for better productivity.

Dislikes

At the working floar seniar teammates are there so they always ready to share his experience. Due to this we provide the better maintenance to help to increase the production. Salary is less as compared to the working.

Work Details

My work to handle the maintenance of plant and also handle projects ,civil , plumbing, mechanical side parallely. I am doing multitasking work .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The working environment is not suitable for your health , the higher authority is irritating and always tend to talk and conduct meetings on irrelevant topics and so on.
