Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
