1. Workload and stress: Heave workloads, tights deadlines and high pressure situations and impossible deadlines leading to a lot of stress and job dissatisfaction. 2. Management and leadership: all the senior leadership is majorly focused around pumping money in their own pockets. for example for diwali we all are getting 1500 as a bonus, which apparently is a humongous amount as we all are financially independent for life. 3. Company culture & worklife balance: talk about toxicity, working from 9am to 9pm is a norm here, and no matter how much you work no one is going to appreciate and it will be considered as the bare minimum. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Compensation and benefits: there are no benefits and everyone is extremely undercompensated</mark>. we work on 4 or 5 projects simultaneously all the time and we are paid peanuts. 5. Career development: there are no programs within the organization for development. The company is all together not a employee centric company.
