In kanohar work culture varies by department to department, some departments have good work culture and work life balance and others have worst work life balance. Job security is ok. Company directors are good. Management and HR policies need a lot of improvements.

Dislikes

Forced to work after office hours. Otherwise company is great if you want to learn one of the leading edge technologies in transformer testing or production.
