Work environment is not good. Teammates are not supportive and management is very poor. Company policies and appraisals are not fair. No scope of growth and also there is gender discrimination.

There is a lot of politics and management is just blind to your issues. Salary is not sufficient and no growth opportunity.

The company is totally biased towards their old employees , here people at higher designation thinks they own the company and treat you like a slave , especially they hired a new VP , he thinks he is extra talented and as well as he knows everything and other person is a fool. Sorry to say but a very toxic work culture is being promoted by a senior level person in Kangaro.
