Overall , it is a best way to kick start your experience. A lot of things and protocols to learn and develop oneself . A overall growth of working attitude as well as the environment they provide you will make you confident so you can work anywhere else

Dislikes

A lot of politics is in between if anyone dislikes you . And the salary is quiet low as well as the career growth is also slow. Management doesn't address you issues.

Work Details

The job is quiet intresting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal traing session. I learnt everything on the job . But with time i mastered them all .
