It is the worst company. They have fired me one week after joining without giving Notice Period. It is very much unprofessional. Charu used to do fake call to me whether I am looking for another options or not. I had offer from Bangalore from a good company but I had chosen to join this company because it was near to my house. But after working for one week only they said we can not provide this much salary and you have to leave the organization. I will suggest no one should join this company. They have only client called Birlasoft. Earlier they taken five round of interview and they had put me on hold. Because of this company my carrer has been destroyed. Rude behavior of director and charu as well. Only four employees are working here....Read More

Poor management, Rude Behavioral, They can fire you in one week only. Stop the salary as well. Do not trust them. Fake consultancy. They will not provide the salary. Fake promises. Only one client.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
