Harshad pale, HOD of Social media department is very arrogant. He don’t know how to treat employees. He doesn’t possess any manager skills. I would not suggest to work under him. You will cry everyday while working with him.

The only likeable thing here is that they hire you randomly without any clarity regarding the job responsibilities themselves.

Dislikes

Feedback redressal, lack of genuine professionalism in a private organisation, messed up management roles, being so showy in the start and later getting to know the reality while working here that they'll make you literally cry and leave the organisation on our own.
