Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Company is good in terms of security. Time to time salary giving that is plus point. Management is slow in terms of profetional proposals. Some people are creating gaps for smooth coordination. Over all good one for experience but not good for promotion or seniority after 1 to 2 years working span.
