Everything Specially Management team will fire you even when you are in learning period management don't care about employees they will fire you without hesitation sometimes you'll get abuse by management.. if you do any mistakes Manager deduct salary of 2/5 days salary.Managent will treat you like insects there's no job security for anyone, They will tell you office time is 11 to 8 for nightshift but still night team has to work till 10 or 11 each day but there's no appraisal or special perks...Read More
