It's a growing company. Office employees are supportive and so are the team leads. 1. many projects of various domains 2. flexible working hours- 5 day week 3. work environment is good, on occasions, various activities are organized 4. all they require is work on time, no other strict behavior

Dislikes

1. payscale is less until you get a higher offer and your performance is good 2. Management is a bit weak, but they are working on it, might get strong in the next few months

I have been working in Kansoftware for 6+ year and had a amazing experience. Leaders in the company had trusted us with the work and they let us work and develop ourselves on our own pace but timelines are also important.

Dislikes

There is not much to say about cons. one thing is that sometimes we are expected to meet unrealistic deadline but which is fine for me because its a challenge for me. more or less I enjoy working here
