In fact they have been very non supportive since the very beginning of Pandemic. Felt HR does not exists at all.

Dislikes

Once you hire best resources, trust them and offer them responsibility for growth of company and individual. According to me there is no culture of L & D, trust , Job Security etc

Work Details

Primary role was to strengthen the weak sales set up in Norther region. Identify and add new hotels to chain in this part of country.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
