I've learnt a great deal from working here at KPTL. The company is in a good condition financially so the job security is also good. Also, the working environment is very friendly.

Dislikes

There's no time left for personal life. Late working is a regular occurence and almost expected out of every employee. Salaries are not as per industry standards and promotion policies are bizarre.

Good company with bad culture & work life balance. 12 hours duty is minimum norm while you get paid for 8 hours only. Though many learning opportunities you get as you have to take responsibility of work of two people or more. If you want to grill yourself to excell in career its a good learning opportunity but dont expect work life balance here.

Kalpataru team is very supportive and always provided whatever is needed. Job cultute is according to site management, that varies from project to project and they take care of every possible situation there as team work.
