I like about this company is that payments are consistently made on time for head office role employee.

for employees in project role, this company has been worst. the conditions are far from ideal, with inadequate access to proper food, hygiene, and no provision for Sunday leave. there are issues of favoritism, group politics, company politics, and certain HR personnel like " kondiba and other" have not been supportive. overall the work environments in this company resembles something akin to a highly regimented setting, where project managers and above level are often seen treating employees in a dehumanizing manner like animal. while there are more concern to address, i will conclude hare due to space constraints....Read More
