Good customer management,good for gaining mid level experience in international projects, exposure to Telecom emerging best practices,mostly consultant job profile handling customer assignments either on site or offsite, theme of organization is crisp clear

Dislikes

No engagement or drive of supporting staff specially administration & finance. They act as ad hoc & in these streams work culture is very lethargic. Even make my trip treats better for solving issues.

Non RAN background manager review RAN engineers, Teoco lacking to test it's employee knowledge regarding their work or DTDA. Performance should be monitored based on total problems resolved by an individual out of received in the year. Gravity of problems and time of resolution must not be ignored if there is no other dependency. Silent performers must be identified from each team.
