On the job training. The work culture is good and you get to learn a lot of things with primary live projects.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Too serious environment. Delayed salary. Post covid no job security. Top management is very vague with their answers. Hr has no replies to most of genuine questions.

Work Details

Overall depends on which department and team you end up working with. If it is a team which doesn't give good reviews and promotions then I suggest you look for a better place. Otherwise a good place to start your journey and even from long term perspect

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

A good office setup, soft skill training, help when needed

Dislikes

Not a very good environment to further your career, job security is bad, also the company is not doing well due to which the salary is 3-4 months delayed and most projects on site are on hold. Promotion and increment is slow/negligible.
