No work life balance, 9 hours with alternate Saturday 7 hours working, no support from management even in work, environment under surveillance all the time, all employees are asked to submit daily report on activities done on hourly basis. The company has hire and fire policy. Company can sack anyone at anytime. There are many in legal, sales, logistics are given completely opposite profile from the one which they were promised to. Profile mismatch is common thing and because of which employees can't perform and then they are fired.

Great office setup and infrastructure. That's it. I am yet to discover the goodness of this company

The management is really poor here. I was expecting a lot coming from Kalpataru brand. But there are no benefits, bonus compensation etc here for employees. If you work you get more work...that's it. Salary is 4 months delayed. Projects are never on time as too many ego issues between people within departments

Work life is really a struggle as you are literally going around in circles doing the same thing over and over again. People here do not like finishing a task and getting over to the next one.
