Learning to an extent and travelling expenses for management level employees.

Dislikes

No work life balance, 9 hours with alternate Saturday 7 hours working, no support from management even in work, environment under surveillance all the time, all employees are asked to submit daily report on activities done on hourly basis. Extremely rude HR with powers overriding departmental heads, salaries never on time, delays may be upto 3 months, 20% deduction in salary due to opting for hybrid policy, change of role & department as per whims & fancies of HR....Read More

The work culture in the company is excellent and it really takes care of its employees. Since the chairman of the company is a benevolent person, therefore, the overall environment of the company is good.

Dislikes

I really do not see anything serious enough to dislike about the company.
