Learnt alot since I joined the company by campus placement. Very good company for beginners, lots of scope to learn from grass root. Not good for experienced people Job security is so so, only the field experts will feel secured. Management of the job is degrading year by year. Policies are not upto the mark, Using the loop holes to downgrade the company policies....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
