There is nothing such thing which I like to work here, reason behind internal politics. Old people are not ready to accept new things in organisation. Bosses also not trusting employees, they only trust people who make them fool, talented people getting demotivated and left. Company is purely run as family business only they don't have any goals making it big. Only showcase that we are growing. Salary is also getting credited after 7th of every month. Terrible the first thing first No job security and 0% to 5% of appraisal. If any case or situation there is no WFH option at all, directly comes under your loss of pay. No space to eat food. Only 30min of lunch break no other break. Six days of working. The most wasteful part is that there only 8 or 9 days of festive holidays in calendar year.
