Learning opportunities are good. As a New grown Forging Company you have much things to learn in every department(QA, D&D, Heat treatment, Plating, etc)

Dislikes

As a professional employee you would always expect to get paid every month but that is something not present in Kalisma. Work life balance is pretty bad due to its remote location.

Well as a newbie Design engineer the job was interesting for me.But if you talk about the bigger picture it was too difficult to work at Kalisma. As an example if you ask any of recent employee about their current month salary you will get a sad face.

It is my first company. I started as a trainee Then got appointed as inside sales representative I had a wonderful experience specially during my training and development I remember it was my first interview after i received an email regarding this job opportunity through naukri.com The recruiter told me it is in wada and the training will be done in Andheri firstly I was hesitant about this opportunity as everything was very new for me i did several internships but getting a job was a little new experience I went to the interview venue with my dad it was three hours long journey from where I resided. Then i went to the proper plant where my interview was taken by sales head he asked me several questions regarding sales and marketing subject i was just fresh out of college so i enjoyed giving answers after that I was interviewed by the CEO of the company I told him about my dreams and what I am passionate about it was kind of personality test .i passed it. Then i received offer letter Undergone training for inside sales by the head of the department I had multiple opportunity for growth and development The CEO is a very kind man maybe because he too was a dreamer like me. I had enjoyed accounts department till my trainee came We enjoyed one of our colleague birthday too I understood the company culture after that Honestly i had known that this company didn't give salary i heard about it so i was behind my trainer tirelessly give my salary give my salary after a month They gave me salary after 1 and half month which was 14000 rs in cash. I took various sweets for my family and dress for my nephew it was his first gift from my salary. I saved three thousand rupees from that salary which i later on used for the shopping of my marriage still i have hundred rupees kept with me.
