The overall management of the company is terrible with no decision making and dispute resolution.

Dislikes

From the junior level till the MD&CEO level, the overall management of the company is terrible. The HR department is not skilled enough to take part or to discuss resolutions for any dispute that arises. This is the worst company I've worked with and would ever work in future.

Dislikes

In Kalindee the management system is very week they have to improved for site work. They have to make planing for site work these work method can reduce the project loss. They are giving opportunity to personnel to improve their capability but they have to make work allocation as per their field.

I have worked well the Kalindee since 2012 to may 2018 as a store supervisor. I am handling the work of store incharge. I am handling and managing all store material and material reconciliation with client (DMRC) also finalised two projects DMRC BT1 BT-11
