its worth working at here. They never pay salary on time and employees are harrased. No timings of job and no job security. My boss had never given given any opportunity to grow and always torture me to resign..Really horrible environment

Company is run on ad hoc basis doesn't have any rule book to follow .three four crooks are handling the show keeping guns on others shoulder .

Dislikes

I dislike there is not good monitoring at top level . Thus hard work doesn't pay in this company . They have set of close people close to md and they are nuts
