It's decent company, job security is there ofcourse since it is tata steel subsidiary. But not a good pay company

There are no fixed hours, resources are limited one has to extend alot to complete the task. Very dependable on single resource.

For old employees not very good pay is not good but work load very high. Management is fine working environment is fine. Company does not pay much to the employees. There are no extra benefits for employees.
