The company is good but the upper management is not good, no working environment

Dislikes

Managers are not only the managers, they are the politician, there is very worst politics in upper management and in finance department the manager is just like unskilled, unmannered behave just like as he had purchased the employee and the employee is bonded labour. No working environment in the company.
