I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Higher authority give excessive pressure in work environment. employees doesn't have personal life even one one employee work more then 24 hour.if i would like to explain the management in word then worst is a also a good word fir them .They are less the worst.
