Potential of the core idea of this startup is huge. With correct and executive and product leadership it might hit anytime. Might not be possible with current people at these positions.

Dislikes

- You would be pressurized to work on weekend & holidays through many different reasons. Saturday is a working day here(not on papers). - No recognition of work. You would always be forced to think you are not doing anything even though you might be investing 12 hours per day. - No structure or organization - Variable pay is not given in 90% cases. Negotiate this to 0. Keep salary as fixed. I received 0. - Vey bad product team. Absolute tough for developers. - Company revenue is falling due to bad product plans - CEO not fit for the role. - Do not by any mistake take WFH. I observed that probability of you getting fired is very high if you are WFH. - Recently offers were revoked for certain candidates over silly reasons with no compensation.
