Nothing To Like About Kakade Laser, I just feel it was a horrible experience of being working here. Some people are uneducated but their experience made them much greater than the educated one.

Dislikes

If you are close to management or HR then & then Only your job is Secure. The work Culture is ridiculous if you want to grow then better for you not to join this company. first, you will be placed for the one position then after some time, your dept. is changed. and you shifted to a downward level.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
