Working culture is good & has most the culture to imbibe for others as well

Dislikes

The appraisal system at the end is decided by the favoritism plus the show off rather than the actual work on the ground .I can say work is pure non profit but appraisal system is corporate type with lot of changes needed to be done

The diverse culture is very interesting and one can learn alot from the people around them.

Dislikes

Even though the organisation's core value includes Non judgmental attitude, non violence communication, influence without authority etc. it is not followed as much. At times the environment within the organisation gets very toxic and after a point the learning curve goes down gradually.
