Nothing to say. Worst company and HR people.

Dislikes

Worst interview done by Shanmugam Hr asking non sense questions in Chennai. For HR role.. asking irrevalent questions. Demotivating the people in interview. Guys don't waste time here. They looking for pigs not lions. Psychometric test ah edukringa. Waste of my time in my life. As HR, they don't know the value of people. Learn to handle professional graduates.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
