i am very happy to the part of Kafila Travels. here very good platform to freshers and salary package is average for fresher. it was fastest growing company but now it is not. work environment is good but management behavior is not good so use your time to gain knowledge & go forward.

Dislikes

Management behavior is not good, very strict rules on there for employee. working hour is 10 Hour, only weekly off no CL or SL, for fresher it`s good platform not for experience.

Teams are irresponsible they blame each other for their mistakes. Takes too much time in every work. Working environment is not good. There is no lunch area or not good restroom.
