I worked for 4 brands in my 13 years of sales experience, the worst company to work. I don't recommend kaff to my enemy also. Hr people are uneducated, Their mind runs how to sac peoples. Brand is not working on their weakness. Brand acceptance is very low. All the employees slowly slowly left this company. Very insure job. The best part they are not doing full and final of employees, many such cases are pending. There is a certain amount of freedom to develop the brand. The company did not retrench anyone during Covid but cannot say it was 100% fair to the employees
