Purely lala base company... poor service no spare parts available on time , customer facing problem long time, due to service market declined kaff. For a part of employee nothing nothing... no promotion... bahut kuch ha likhna ko ... bus ek hi baat ... jab kuch option no ho jab jana or saath other option searching karna

I got frustrated in just six months from the date of my joining due the the culture & politics.i worked there as ASM. all day field sense tracking!!

Got Great support from my Regional Manager with respect to Schemes and Marketing. His helped us to penetrate the product.

Dislikes

No sales incentive it is only on papers, increments worth peanuts. No connection with product team and sales. Ownership company. No strong HR policies. Nothing new to learn.
